Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Follow-up messages

  • Important notifications

Example Message:

"Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with Dr. [Name] at Crown Opticians on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

Crown Opticians is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier for SMS messaging.

  • Providing verbal consent during in-person consultations
  • Replying "YES" or "START" to an opt-in request
